Windows sizes and load bearing capacities

ASTRA is capable of accommodating different size hopper windows.

Load bearing capacity as a function of pane size and weight is given in the table.

Casement width = minimum 375 mm, maximum 1700 mm
Casement height = minimum 600 mm, maximum 2400 mm

Note:
Maximum specified sizes are compatible with up to 12 mm thick panes (equal to 30 Kg/m2).
A 130 mm wide and 1200 mm high window frame may accommodate a 18 mm thick pane.
